In 2021, Technoplast, a plastic manufacturing company, decided they wanted to switch up their warehouse game by going digital to keep things running smoothly.
My Role
I was responsible for designing the user experience, conducting research with support from the team, establishing the UI style, and collaborating on ideas with other team members.

So, Technoplast is all about making their warehouse operations top-notch by going digital. Here's what they're aiming for:
Understanding current situation
First up, we do some quality research to really get a grip on the process and figure out what challenges the workers are facing. This way, we can make things run smoother and work better.

let's kick things off by getting all our inventory into the system. We're basically creating a digital version of our warehouse.

We're setting up tracking for incoming items based on status, so everyone can keep tabs on what's happening.

We're inviting a bunch of warehouse worker to try out this system and get them to handle all the transactions in it.
Result
It’s been running like a charm! Every warehouse worker can handle their tasks seamlessly, no hassle involved.
The new system has been a game-changer, gradually streamlining our business processes, and now, transaction by transaction, everything’s shifting over to it
